摘　　要：粮油工业是我国重要的加工行业,随着人们生活水平的不断提升和消费的升级,粮油加工行业也在迅速发展,尤其是食用油行业市场呈平稳增长趋势,市场规模大,拥有着广阔的发展机会。但是,从食用油加工行业的发展现状来看,仍存在一些不足和缺陷,需要持续改进和优化,以推进食用油加工行业的健康发展、高质量发展,满足人们不断增长的消费需求。本文主要就食用油加工现状及应注意的问题进行简要分析,探讨食用油加工的趋势和发展策略,希望对推进食用油加工行业健康发展有所启示。The grain and oil industry is an important processing industry in China.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the upgrading of consumption,grain and oil processing industry is also developing rapidly,especially the edible oil industry,which has a stable growth trend,a large market scale and a wide range of resourcesBroad development opportunities.However,from the development status of edible oil processing industry,there are still some deficiencies and defects,which need to be continuously improved and optimized to promote the healthy and high-quality development of edible oil processing industry and meet people's growing consumption demand.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation and problems needing attention of edible oil processing,and discusses the trend and development strategy of edible oil processing,hoping to give some enlightenment to promote the healthy development of edible oil processing industry.
