摘 要:目的:探讨大学运动及营养公选课开设及课程内容改革的必要性,评估营养/运动知识认知与行为间的相关关系,检测干预前后的身体质量指数(BMI)。方法:调研西安市15所高校相关课程的开设情况及课程内容。在运动及营养公选课干预前后做问卷调查。结果:8所(>50%)高校开设有相关公选课,内容以营养学为中心;干预后,运动及营养知识认知及行为显著性改善(P<0.05);营养/运动知识认知与行为显著性正相关(R=0.75,R=0.87);BMI轻微下降,与干预前无显著性差异。结论:需要开设运动及营养公选课,并改革其内容。Objective:The present study was designed to discuss the necessity of setting up elective course exercise and nutrition in university and of the course content reform.Assess the relationship between awareness of nutritional/exercise knowledge and behaviors.Body mass index(BMI)was measured before and after the intervention.Methods:15 universities in Xi’an were selected to investigate the setting of related courses and the content.Students were detected by questionnaire pre-and post-intervention of exercise and nutrition.Results:8 universities(>50%)offered related courses focused on nutrition knowledge.The awareness and behaviors of nutrition/exercise were significantly improved by the intervention(P<0.05).Positive and significant correlation existed between awareness of nutrition/exercise knowledge and behaviors(R=0.75,R=0.87).No significant but slight decrease was observed in BMI.Conclusion:It was necessary to implemented exercise and nutrition in university and to reform the content.
