摘  要:在我国经济水平持续提升及人们愈发重视食品质量安全的形势下,食品安全检测也受到越来越多的关注。对此,相关部门要加大食品检测的力度,保证食品质量安全。该项工作具有明显的复杂性与烦琐性,因此检测人员需具备高度的责任意识,要合理使用食品检测技术,保证消费者生命健康。Under the situation that China’ s economic level continues to improve and people pay more and more attention to food quality and safety,food safety testing has also received more and more attention.In this regard,relevant departments should increase the intensity of food testing to ensure food quality and safety.This work is obviously complicated and cumbersome,so the inspectors need to have a high sense of responsibility,and they must use food inspection technology reasonably to ensure the life and health of consumers.
