摘  要:本文通过概述医学教育研究的重要性及特点,旨在提高医学教育工作者对教学研究的价值和意义认同感,并与读者共同探讨如何基于医学教学实践用教育研究思路开展医学教育研究,引导一线医学教育工作者在日常从教过程中发现值得研究的问题并提炼出科学假设,设计解决问题的路径和方案,科学实施和收集数据,合理分析数据、解读结果,合理评价研究效能和总结研究经验,公开发表研究结果供同行评阅和借鉴。一线医学教师从事教学研究,既是促进教师专业化成长所必须,又为医学教育的综合改革和探索创新提供扎实广泛的依据,实现教研相长的良性循环,培养高水平医学人才,为实现健康中国战略提供强有力的保障。The study on medical education is a scientific approach to understand phenomena,explore problems and exploit rules in the area of medical education with clear aims and plans.In the future,medical educators will be selected from practical teachers working on medical studies.However,how to transform teaching experience into education experience requires us to master scientific research methodology as well as realize its significance and features,which are underpinned in this study with two major purposes.One is to enable medical educators to improve the sense of value towards teaching research,and discuss how to carry out education research based on teaching experience.The other is to guide practical medical educators to discover problems and solutions,collect and analyze data which can be utilized to evaluate teaching outcomes,integrate practical experience and research and publish their research.In this way,educators could become more specialized,and the reform in medical research could be more directive,so that teaching and researching could benefit from each other.
