摘 要:为了解决阳离子型水性聚氨酯制备后期黏度较大、乳化困难的问题,通过改变亲水扩链剂的投料方式,得到一种工艺可控、易乳化的阳离子型水性聚氨酯分散体的制备方法。首先合成一种异氰酸酯封端的聚氨酯预聚体,将其逐步滴加到阳离子型亲水扩链剂的底料中,制备一种黏度适中、易于乳化的阳离子型聚氨酯预聚体,再将其乳化后得到阳离子型水性聚氨酯分散体。研究了滴加时间、聚合温度和保温时间等工艺参数对阳离子型聚氨酯预聚体性能的影响,并对制备的阳离子型水性聚氨酯进行了结构表征和性能对比。The viscosity of cationic waterborne polyurethane prepolymer was too high to emulsify in the late stage of conventional cationic waterborne polyurethane synthesis.In order to solve this technical difficulty,a novel synthesis process was introduced.Cationic waterborne polyurethane dispersion(CPUD)with controllable synthesis process and facilely emulsified characteristic was prepared by changing the feeding method of the hydrophilic chain extender.A cationic polyurethane prepolymer with moderately viscosity and facilely emulsified characteristic was synthesized by adding isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer prepared in advance drop wise into the hydrophilic chain extender solution.The CPUD was prepared by emulsifying the above cationic polyurethane prepolymer.The effects of process parameters such as dropping time,reaction temperature and time of heat preservation on the properties of resins were studied.The structure of cationic waterborne polyurethane dispersions was confirmed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Dynamic Light Scattering respectively.Moreover,the properties of the two dispersions developed by different process were compared.
