摘  要:遗传学是生物科学及生物技术等专业的限选课程、核心课程,是一门实验科学。遗传学实验教学是遗传学教学的重要组成部分,基于学科的飞速发展,对遗传学实验教学项目的选择、实验内容及教学安排等方面,进行了改革尝试,在尊重传统实验教学内容、保留部分果蝇实验项目的基础上,增加了分子遗传学、虚拟实验资源和网上录像等教学项目,以期能在不增加实验教学学时的情况下,提高学生的动手能力和创新能力。Genetics is a branch of sciences concerned with heredity and variation, is a basic and distributional elective course for bioscience and biotechnology undergraduate students, as an experimental science, genetic experimental teaching is an important part of the genetics curriculum. Under the background of the rapid development of this discipline, such as the completion of human genome project, an attempt at reforming of genetic experiment course was made to optimize the experimental teaching items, to improve the experimental contents and teaching schedule, more molecular genetics experiments as well as virtual experiments are designed for the students to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate the graduates’ innovative ability.
