摘 要:对护理学专业基础护理学实训教学改革进行探讨。分析了基础护理学实训教学存在的问题:一些学生没有养成良好的学习习惯,实践时间有限,课程安排的合理性及教学效果的考核还需加强。提出了基础护理学实训教学改革策略:明确教学目标,将讲课内容用PPT整理出来,再穿插着实际案例进行教学;不断进行练习和总结,找对好的学习方法,通过多种渠道和方式学习知识;在实训中应用标准化病人(SP),坚持以病人为中心,锻炼学生的沟通交流能力。以教师为主导、学生为主体的教学模式需要在实训教学中做出一些改变,提高学生的综合素质。The study explores the training teaching reform of basic nursing in nursing major,and analyzes the problems of nursing training teaching of basic nursing,i.e.some students haven’t formed good learning habits,practice time is limit,the rationality of course arrangement and the examination of teaching effect need to be strengthened.The strategies of practice teaching reform of basic nursing are proposed,i.e.to clarify teaching target,represent course content by PPT,teach practical case;continuously practice and summarize,find good learning methods,learn through various channels and methods;apply standard patients in practical training,adhere to patient-center,train student’s communication ability.The teaching mode,in which teachers are as the leading and students as the main body,should be changed in practical teaching,to improve student’s comprehensive quality.
