摘  要:目的:探究权变思维在医院人力资源管理中的应用及其可靠性。方法:2018年1月至2019年12月,对某医院74名医护人员开展研究。2018年1~12月为对照组,实施常规人力资源管理方法;2019年1~12月为观察组,实施权变思维管理方法。对比两个阶段医护人员的诊疗质量、患者的满意度、差错率与投诉率。结果:观察组医护人员的文书撰写、沟通能力、基本操作、综合业务能力评分、患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员的差错率与投诉率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:权变思维能够加强医院人力资源管理效果,提升医院诊疗质量,增强医院口碑,推动医院良性发展。Objective:To explore the application of contingency thinking in hospital human resource management and its reliability research,and its impact on the future survival and development of hospitals.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,74 medical staff in a hospital were studied.January 2018 to December 2018 as the control group,for the control group,routine human resource management method;January 2019 to December 2019 was the observation group.For the observation group,contingency thinking management was applied.The quality of diagnosis and treatment,patient satisfaction,error rate and complaint rate of medical staff in two stages were compared.Results:The writing ability,communication ability,basic operation,comprehensive business ability score and patient satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate and complaint rate of medical staff in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Contingency thinking can strengthen the effect of hospital human resource management,improve the quality of hospital diagnosis and treatment,enhance hospital reputation,and promote the benign development of the hospital.
