基于手三阴经对经脉循行和病候存疑字音的考证分析

摘　　要：《灵枢·经脉》中有许多与经脉循行定位、病候有关的字和词,对其读音、字义的考证、研究,有助于现代人对经络腧穴学的学习。文献流传过程有讹误现象发生,加之字音随年代更迭,给后人准确理解经络循行、病候造成困难。为此,以近三十年经络腧穴学相关教材为基础,以手三阴经经脉循行、病候原文为例,结合不同文献,考证存疑字音,对现有教材中存疑字音的注释进行补正。As Spiritual Pivot of the Huangdi’s Cannon of Medicine, is abundant in the words about the location of meridian circulation and the symptoms of meridian, the textual research on their pronunciation and meaning is helpful today in the study of meridians and acupoints. Due to the errors in the process of document circulation, and changes in the pronunciation of these words in the history, it is difficult for later generations to accurately understand the location of meridian circulation and the symptoms of meridian. Based on the textbooks on meridians and acupoints which were published in the past 30 years, this research with reference to different literature validates the pronunciation of disputable words, supplements and corrects their notes in the existing textbooks.
