摘 要:目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在泌尿外科中西医结合教学中的应用。方法将2019年6月—2020年6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院泌尿外科实习的中西医结合专业76名实习生,按照随机数字表法分为观察和对照2组,每组38名。观察组采用基于微课的翻转课堂联合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较2组学生的理论成绩、临床技能及学生对教学满意度。结果教学完成后,观察组学生的理论成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生实践成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学的总体满意率为89.47%(34/38),明显高于对照组的65.79%(25/38)(χ^(2)=4.850,P<0.05);观察组对教学效果的各项评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂联合PBL教学法应用于泌尿外科中西医结合教学中,不仅可以提高学生理论和实践技能成绩,还有助于提高学生教学满意度,具有较高的教学推广价值。Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method based on micro-classes in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine teaching for urology.Methods 76 integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine interns who were in the urology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into observation and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was given the flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching mode based on micro-classes,while the control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical performance,clinical skills and satisfaction with teaching of the two groups were compared.Results After the completion of the teaching,the theoretical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the experimental scores of the observation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate with the teaching in the observation group was 89.47%(34/38),significantly higher than 65.79%(25/38)in the control group(х^(2)=4.850,P<0.05).The evaluations of teaching effects of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method based on micro-classes in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine teaching for urology can not only improve theoretical and practical skills,but also help to improve teaching satisfaction,which has high teaching promotion value.
