摘　　要：执业医师考试通过率是评价专业人才产出质量的金标准,是专业认证考核的主要指标之一,河北北方学院在专业认证的背景下,为了提高中西医临床医学专业学生临床实践技能,更新实践教学理念,完善实践教学条件,调整实践教学体系,改变考核模式,以教促学,以赛促学,以考促学,实行实践教学内容项目化,三段式实践技能考核,不断提高学生临床实践能力。The passing rate of medical practitioner examination is the gold standard to evaluate the quality of professional talents,and is one of the main indicators of professional certification assessment.Under the background of professional accreditation,in order to improve the practice skills of students majoring in clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Hebei North University updates the concept of practice teaching,improves the practice teaching conditions,adjusts the practice teaching system,changes the assessment mode,promotes learning by teaching、competition and examination,implements the project of practical teaching content and three-stage practical skill assessment,so as to improve the students’clinical practice skills continuously.
