摘 要:提高教学质量、培养优秀人才是高等院校建设发展的永恒主题,教师作为教学活动的直接参与者,其教学能力决定了高校的办学声誉、社会影响力。在高等医学院校中,教师的临床经验对教学能力提升具有显著作用,丰富的临床经验不但可以补充课本知识,而且可以活跃课题气氛。医教协同是对每名中医任课教师的要求,但是临床经验是否在教学能力提升中具有主导作用尚未可知。文章将构建教学能力胜任模型来探究临床经验对教学能力提高的导向作用。Improving the quality of teaching and cultivating excellent talents is the eternal theme of the construction and development of colleges and Universities.As a direct participant in the teaching activities,the teachers’teaching ability determines the reputation and social influence of the University.The teacher’s clinical experience has a significant effect on the improvement of teaching ability.The rich clinical experience can not only supplement the textbook knowledge,but also can activate the subject atmosphere.The medical education collaboration is the requirement for each traditional Chinese medicine teacher,but whether the clinical experience is improving in teaching ability.It has a leading role.This paper will build a teaching ability competency model to explore the guiding role of clinical experience in improving teaching ability.
