摘 要:目的研究抛锚式教学在心血管内科临床实习带教中的应用价值。方法将2017年12月-2019年12月接收的240名心血管内科学生作为对象,将入组学生分成对照组和观察组,每组120名。对照组实生应用传统教学方法,观察组实习生应用抛锚式教学方法,对比两组学习质量以及成绩。结果观察组学生学习心血管内科内容的质量高于对照组,且学习成绩优于对照组,带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科临床实习带教中,利用抛锚式教学的方法,还可以对心血管内科中的教学质量进行改善,加强学生在学习中的参与度,并且提升在心血管内科中学生学习的临床实习带教的整体效果,加强学生在学习相关知识上的思维能力,提升学生自身局别的团队意识,加强学生的表达能力,树立批判性的思维。Objective To study the application value of anchored teaching in clinical practice teaching in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 240 cardiovascular medicine students received from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects,and the enrolled students were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 120 students in each group.The students in the control group applied the traditional teaching method,and the students in the observation group applied the anchored teaching method,and compared the learning quality and performance of the two groups.Results The quality of learning cardiovascular medicine content of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the academic performance was better than that of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine,the anchored teaching method can also improve the teaching quality of cardiovascular medicine and strengthen the participation of students in learning,and improve the overall effect of clinical practice teaching for students in cardiovascular medicine.Thereby strengthening students'thinking ability in learning related knowledge,enhancing students'sense of teamwork in their own situation,strengthening students'expression ability,and establishing critical thinking.
