摘  要:随着社会生活生产水平的发展,用电负荷不断增长,配电网需不断发展扩容以满足用户需求,在此过程中,用户电压偏低问题频繁出现。柔性交流输电技术(FACTS)的出现为电网潮流控制提供了新的方法,晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC)被用于10 kV及以上的输配电线路以解决电能输送问题,在低压配电网中可以达到提升用户端电压的目的。但目前在工程实际应用上其控制方法还不够成熟,存在控制不准确或控制较复杂等弊端。本文针对TCSC传统的查表法等控制方案,提出两种可能的改进措施,运用数学分析的方式提出更具适用性的函数关系式来代替传统的依靠经验建立的查表方式,并对比分析两种改进方案各自的适用条件。经过理论分析与实际验证,该改进方案在一定程度上弥补了传统控制方式的不足,并在实际应用中能够起到较好的效果。With the development of social life and production level,the power load is ever increasing and the distribution network needs to be expanded to meet requirement of the users. In this process,the problem of low voltage of users appears frequently. The appearance of flexible AC transmission technology(FACTS)provides a new method for power flow control. Thyristor controlled series capacitor(TCSC)is used in the transmission and distribution lines at 10 k V and above to solve the problem of power transmission and can achieve the purpose of voltage increase of the user in the low voltage distribution network. However,its control method in the practical engineering application at present is not mature enough with such disadvantages as inaccurate or complex control. In this paper,two possible improvement measures are proposed for TCSC’s such traditional control approaches as meter look-up method. Some more applicable functional relationships are proposed by using mathematical analysis to replace the traditional experience-based meter look-up method,and the application conditions of the two improvement schemes are compared and analyzed. After theoretical analysis and practical verification,the improved scheme makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional control method to a certain extent and can play a better effect in practical application.
