摘  要:目的该文通过探讨标准化病人(SP)结合以病例为基础的学习模式(CBL)在儿科临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年7月—2020年7月该院参加住院医师规范化培训的学员40名。抽签法分组:对照组(20名)在住院医师规范化培训儿科临床技能教学中采用传统教学模式,研究组(20名)在儿科临床技能教学中采用SP结合CBL教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果教学后,研究组教学满意度、临床分析能力评分、临床技能考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训儿科临床技能教学中采用SP结合CBL教学法可提高教学满意度,改善学员临床分析能力,提升儿科临床技能考核成绩。Objective The article explores the application effect of standardized patient(SP)combined with case-based learning model(CBL)in the teaching of pediatric clinical skills.Methods A random selection of 40 trainees who participated in the standardized training of residents in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020.Lottery grouping:the control group(20 people)adopted the traditional teaching model in the standardized training of pediatric clinical skills for residents,and the research group(20 people)adopted the SP combined with CBL teaching method in the pediatric clinical skills teaching.Compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results After teaching,the research group's teaching satisfaction,clinical analysis ability score,and clinical skill test scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SP combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training of pediatric clinical skills for residents can improve teaching satisfaction,improve the clinical analysis ability of trainees and improve the performance of pediatric clinical skills assessment.
