摘　　要：介绍当前医疗信息化面临的挑战及区块链技术特点,分析区块链技术在医疗领域的应用前景,探讨在医疗领域中应用区块链技术存在的安全问题和解决思路,以构建病患健康档案为例,阐述基于区块链技术的医疗信息系统构建过程。The paper introduces the current challenges of medical informatization and the characteristics of blockchain technology,analyzes the application prospects of blockchain technology in the medical field,discusses the security problems and solutions of the application of blockchain technology in the medical field,and expounds the construction process of medical information system based on blockchain technology by taking the construction of patient health records as an example.
