摘 要:文章利用TALIS 2018上海调查数据,分析上海初中校长在四类领导力上的表现水平,结果发现,上海初中校长在直接教学领导力、间接教学领导力和行政领导力上表现出较高水平,但教学领导力与系统领导力行为执行频率水平极不对称。校长的性别、工作经验及所在学校的属性对其在各类领导力上的表现存在不同程度的关联。文章分析这些表现可能的成因,并就此提出了根据性别合理分工、放权于校长和加强校长的国际交流等建议。In this paper,TALIS 2018 data is used to analyze the performance level of Shanghai junior middle school principals in four types of leadership,and the results show that Shanghai junior middle school principals show high levels in direct teaching leadership,indirect teaching leadership and administrative leadership,however,the frequency of instructional leadership and systematic leadership behavior of principals in Shanghai junior middle schools is very asymmetrical.The principal’s gender,work experience and school attributes have different degrees of correlation with their performance in various types of leadership.This paper analyzes the possible causes of the principal’s performance in leadership,and puts forward some suggestions and enlightenment,such as reasonable division of labor according to gender,delegation of power to the principal and strengthening the international communication of the principal.
