摘　　要：新背景下,以提升基础教育装备教研工作水平为导向,基于提高师范专业人才教具设计能力的视角,综述了教具设计相关研究的发展现状,明确了培养师范专业人才教具设计能力的可行性,提出了通过转变专业本位思想、引导学生发现教学中的问题、精选培训内容、培养学生的动手能力、培养学生利用工程流程解决问题的能力、鼓励学生参加不同学科竞赛等方法,以期为基础教育装备教研工作提供思路和参考。Under the new background,guided by the improvement of the teaching and research level of basic education equipment and from the perspective of improving the teaching and aid design ability of teachers professionals,summarizes the development status of related research on teaching and aid design,and clarifies the feasibility of training the teaching and aid design ability of teachers professionals.In order to provide ideas and references for the teaching and research of basic educational equipment,puts forward some methods,such as changing the professional orientation,guiding students to find problems in teaching,selecting training contents,cultivating students'practical ability,cultivating students'ability to solve problems by using engineering process,and encouraging students to participate in competitions of different disciplines.
