摘 要:针对常规涡轮增压柴油机低转速时转矩不足、瞬态响应迟缓等问题,对二级增压控制策略进行研究和验证。分析二级增压系统的结构,论述了增压器双闭环控制和二级增压器协同控制策略,并提出了控制参数的标定流程。整机试验结果表明,所设计的二级增压控制策略合理,系统能够实现二级增压器的协同控制,满足柴油机不同工况的驾驶性需求。Aiming at the problems of insufficient torque at low speed and slow transient response of conventional turbocharged diesel engine,the two-stage turbocharging control strategy is studied and verified,the structure of the two-stage turbocharging system is analyzed,the double closed-loop control strategy of turbocharger and the cooperative control strategy of two-stage turbocharger are discussed,and the calibration process of control parameters is proposed.The vehicle test results show that the designed double turbocharging control strategy is reasonable,the system can continuously adjust the boost pressure and adapt to the boost pressure requirements of different diesel engine operating conditions.
