摘 要:目的探讨分析以微课和情景模拟相结合的教学模式在实验诊断学实习教学中的具体应用及教学效果。方法根据教学大纲编写实习微课及具有临床代表性、应用性的典型病例。于2019年4月—2021年4月以吉林大学白求恩医学院2016级实习学生60名(传统教学方式),及2017级实习学生60名(微课与情景模拟结合教学模式)为研究对象,对两组学生进行调查问卷及分析。结果学生认为微课与情景模拟相结合的教学方法更利于临床诊断思维的建立,有利于课本知识与实际工作相联系,有利于提高学习兴趣。结论在实验诊断学实习课教学中利用微课和情景模拟教学法相结合的方式优于传统的教学方法,适用于教学推广。Objective To explore and analyze the specific application and teaching effect of the teaching mode combining micro-lecture and scenario simulation in the teaching of experimental diagnostics practice.Methods According to the syllabus,practice micro-lectures and typical cases with clinical representation and application were compiled.The research objects were 60 intern students in 2016(traditional teaching method),and 60 intern students in 2017(combined teaching mode of micro-lecture and scenario simulation)of Bethune Medical College of Jilin University.from April 2019 to April 2021.The two groups of students were surveyed and analyzed.Results The students believed that the teaching method combining micro-lecture and situational simulation was more conducive to the establishment of clinical diagnosis thinking,the connection between textbook knowledge and practical work,and the improvement of learning interest.Conclusion The combination of micro-lecture and situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of experimental diagnostics practice course is superior to the traditional teaching method,and is suitable for teaching promotion.
