摘  要:目的分析多媒体个案教学在神经内科培训中的效果。方法抽选该院神经内科在2019年5月—2021年5月接收的62名临床实习生,按照年度不同分为对照组和研究组,各31名,对照组实施常规临床教学培训模式,研究组实施多媒体个案教学培训模式,观察两组实习生对带教老师教学满意情况、医学教育环境情况以及专业考核情况。结果研究组实习生一般满意、非常满意的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生教师知觉、学术知觉、环境知觉、学习知觉以及社会知觉的医学教育环境综合评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生在临床应急能力、解决问题能力、分析问题能力、理论知识以及实践操作的专业考试成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科临床实习生实施多媒体个案教学培训模式,可有效提高实习生对带教老师的教学满意程度,为实习生营造良好的学习氛围,提升实习生对神经内科相关专业知识的了解与掌握情况。Objective To analyze the effect of multimedia case teaching in neurology training.Methods A total of 62 clinical interns received by the Department of Neurology in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the year,31 in each group.The control group implemented the conventional clinical teaching training model,and the study group implemented the multimedia case-based teaching training model.The two groups of interns were observed to be satisfied with the teacher's teaching,the medical education environment,and the professional assessment.Results The degree of satisfaction of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of general satisfaction and very satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of interns in the study group in the medical education environment of teacher perception,academic perception,environmental perception,learning perception,and social perception were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the study group on professional examinations such as clinical emergency response ability,problem solving ability,problem analysis ability,theoretical knowledge and practical operation were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multimedia case teaching training mode for clinical interns in neurology can effectively improve interns'satisfaction with teaching teachers,create a good learning atmosphere for interns,and enhance interns'understanding and mastery of neurology-related professional knowledge condition.
