摘  要:民办幼儿园教师专业素养的提升,直接关系到教育质量的提升。然而,民办幼儿园教师队伍存在专业资质水平低下、工作流动性较大、教师专业发展不受重视等问题。民办幼儿园要想提高教育质量,必须深入分析教育质量指标体系,把握其中与教师专业素养提升密切相关的因素,通过加强教师专业素养指导、引入高校学术研究力量、积极推进园本研修活动、激励教师开展自我研修等策略,不断提升教师专业素养。The improvement of non-government kindergarten teacher’s professional quality is directly related to the improvement of education quality.However,there are some problems in Non-government kindergartens,such as low professional qualification level of teachers,high job mobility of teachers,and low attention to teacher’s professional development.In order to improve the quality of education,Non-government kindergarten must analyze the educational quality index system deeply,grasping the factors related to the improvement of teacher’s professional quality,strengthening the guidance strategies of teacher’s professional quality,introducing the university academic research teams,promoting kindergarten-based research activities,and encouraging teacher to carry out self-research,so as to improve teacher’s professional quality continuously.
