美国高校本科旅游专业排名研究综述与启示

摘　　要：基于美国本科酒店与旅游管理专业两种不同的排名体系,以及学者对高校专业评价和质量评价的观点,通过比较研究的方法,发现美国酒店与旅游管理排名数据主要来自院系负责人以及行业招聘人员,问卷内容各有侧重但均注重体现需求和质量导向。通过分析,有助于进一步了解美国高校本科酒店与旅游管理专业发展现状,为中国相关专业排名研究、专业建设和质量提升提供参考与借鉴。The study is based on two different rankings of U.S.undergraduate hospitality and tourism management(HTM)programs,as well as the opinions of scholars on program evaluation and quality evaluation of colleges and universities.Research shows that the ranking data of U.S.HTM programs mainly come from heads of departments and industry recruiters.Each questionnaire has its respective focus but all reflect demands and center around quality.Comparative research leads to better understanding of the development of HTM undergraduate programs in American higher institutions and provides reference for related professional ranking research,program construction and quality improvement in China.
