摘  要:目的探讨网络共享模式教学方法在牙体牙髓病学本科生临床实习中的应用。方法选取同济大学附属口腔医学院2016级本科生38人,随机分为试验组19人、对照组19人。对照组即传统教学组,在进入临床实习前仅接受常规理论及相关实践课程。试验组即基于网络共享平台的混合教学组,在进行常规理论及相关实践课程的同时,自学相关网络共享视频。临床实习两周后所有学生进行临床操作考核及主观评价。结果临床操作考核平均成绩及教学主观满意度试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于网络共享模式的混合教学方式可以有效的提高本科生临床实习效率,为将来成为一名优秀的牙体牙髓病学医师打下坚实的基础。Objective To explore the effect of network sharing mode teaching method in clinical endodontics training.Methods 38 students of Grade 2016 undergraduates from School of Stomatology,Tongji University were included,which were randomized divided into the test group(19 students) and the control group(19 students).Before entering the clinical training,the traditional teaching(the control group) group only received conventional theory teaching and related practice courses,while the mixed teaching group based on network sharing platform(the experimental group) received extra relevant video contents on the shared network.After two weeks of clinical training,all students were evaluated for clinical operation and subjective evaluation.Results The average clinical operative scores and the satisfaction evaluation of the test group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode based on the shared network can effectively improve the clinical practice efficiency of undergraduates,and provide a solid foundation for becoming an excellent dentist of endodontics in the future.
