研究生《分子生物学技术》课程个性化设置的探索

摘　　要：分子生物学技术是当今几乎所有医学领域科学研究和临床应用的基础,医学领域的研究生均需要学习和掌握基本的分子生物学基础理论和操作技能,以利于科研课题的顺利开展和专业知识的深入理解。但因选课的研究生中既有刚刚本科毕业的硕士研究生,也有具有一定研究基础的博士研究生,其基础理论、操作技能和课题所需要学习和掌握的分子生物学方法各不相同。如何在有限的教学课时内让不同基础及不同需求的研一阶段的博士及硕士研究生学习和掌握分子生物学技术和方法,从而在有限的课时内最大限度的提高教学质量和学生学习效率,值得带教老师探索和研究。我们根据研一阶段研究生的分子生物学基础和个性化需求,进行课程理论和实验课程的个性化设置,全面增加了授课内容和授课方式的实践性、导向性和前沿性。经过4年的教学实践,极大增强了学生在分子生物学技术领域的理论认知和实践能力,同时提高了本课程的教学质量,取得了较好的学习效果,值得在分子生物学教学中推广。Molecular biology technology is the basis of scientific research and clinical application in medical fields today.All medical graduate students need to master basic theories and operational skills of molecular biology,so as to facilitate the scientific research projects and in-depth understanding of professional knowledge.However,there are both master’s students who have just graduated from undergraduate courses and doctoral students with certain research foundation,therefore the basic theories,operational skills and the needs to learn are different from each other.It is worthy to explore how to enable Ph.D.and Master students with different basic and needs to master the theories and techniques of molecular biology in limited teaching hours,so as to maximize the quality of teaching and students’ learning efficiency in limited class hours.According to the molecular biology foundation and individualized needs of the first-stage graduate students,we set up personalized theory and experimental courses,which comprehensively increased the practicality,guidance and frontiers of the teaching contents and methods.A good learning effect has been achieved after four years of practice,it not only greatly enhanced the students’ theoretical cognition and practical ability in the field of molecular biology technology,the teaching quality of this course was also improved simultaneously.It is worth popularizing in the teaching of molecular biology.
