摘　　要：本文以论述构建新时代魅力教育体系为着眼点,阐释了该理论体系提出的背景及依据。综合对教育现实问题的思考、对新时代办学理念之魅力教育的构思及教育面对的困惑,在此基础上提出了魅力教育的概念,阐释其特点、原则、内容,并概述了其实施途径,使理论与实践相结合,以期实现区域新时代魅力教育目标。This paper mainly discusses the charm education system,mainly including the background and basis of the problem,as well as the concept of charm education to define its characteristics,principles,content,ways,so as to combine theory and practice,to achieve the goals of regional charming education in the New Era.
