摘 要:随着医学模式的转变,医学培养目标随之发生改变。为优化医学生综合能力培养策略,提高医学生综合能力,适应社会发展的需求,基于医学生岗位胜任力要求,对我校临床医学专业300名学生进行问卷调查,分析医学生在综合能力培养过程中的不足,优化医学生综合能力培养策略,以期为提高医学生的综合能力提供借鉴。With the transformation of medical model,medical training objectives have been changed.But most medical students still attach importance to professional knowledge and skills but neglect scientific research and innovation,and attach importance to natural science knowledge but neglect humanistic knowledge and humanistic quality.In order to optimize the training strategies for the medical students'comprehensive ability and improve medical students'comprehensive ability,to adapt to the demand of social development,based on the requirement of clinical medical students post competence,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 students of clinical medicine major of our college.The comprehensive ability was analysed in the process of the medical students comprehensive ability training.And the medical students comprehensive ability training strategies were optimized.It is expected to provide reference for improving the comprehensive ability of medical students.
