开放大学融合“1+X”战略问题研究

摘　　要：“1+X”是国务院相关部门为解决高技能人才短缺难题、提升职业院校学生就业率而实施的一项重大战略举措。开放大学有高职培养项目,应积极参与。开放教育及继续教育专本科等学历教育也应深刻领会国务院职教发展精神。在专业规则暨教学计划课程设置、教材微课制作、职业导师引领、双师制师资建设、本科毕业及学位等考试制度改革、终身教育实施等方面,积极接轨人力资源和社会保障部等政府部门、行业协会学会、知名企业的职业资格证书考试。唯有如此,才能真正提高学生素质和教学质量,助力学员职业生涯发展;才能光大开放大学声誉,实现一流开放大学目标。“1+X”is a specific essential strategic measure implemented by the relevant departments of the State Council to solve the problem of the shortage of highly skilled talents and to increase the employment rate of students in vocational colleges.The open university has higher vocational training programs and should actively participate in it.Open education and continuing education undergraduate and other academic teaching should also deeply understand the State Council’s vocational education development spirit.In terms of professional rules and teaching plan setting,textbook and micro-course production,professional instructor guidance,double-position teacher qualification construction,graduation degree and other examination system reform,precise implementation of lifelong education and other aspects.It should actively align with the vocational qualification certificate examinations of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other government departments,associations and societies,and well-known enterprises.Only in this way can we truly improve the quality of students and teaching quality,help students’career development and attract students to study,so as to improve the reputation of the open university and to achieve the goal of a first-class open university.
