摘  要:加强安宁疗护人才队伍建设是推动安宁疗护事业发展的重要保障。通过调研发现,当前主要存在专业人才队伍缺口大、服务供给能力不足、培养与培训不系统、人文关怀不到位等现实困境,要以安宁疗护学科建设为引领,通过建立完善专业化、多学科安宁疗护协作服务模式,在各层面机构构建专业人才梯队,形成多学科服务团队,分阶段培养,多层次培训,培养符合安宁疗护服务需求的人才队伍,提升其服务质量和服务能力,推动安宁疗护事业的持续发展。Strengthening the construction of hospice care personnel is an important guarantee to promote the development of hospice care.Through the investigation,it is found that there are practical dilemmas such as large gap in professional personnel,insufficient service supply capacity,unsystematic training,and inadequate humanistic care at present.Professional personnel echelon guided by the construction of hospice care discipline should be built at all levels,through the establishment and improvement of professional and multidisciplinary hospice care cooperation service mode.Multidisciplinary service team should be formed.Personnel that meet the needs of hospice care service should be trained and cultivated by stages.And its service quality and capacity should be improved to promote the sustainable development of hospice care.
