校企合作下的高职院校学生思想政治教育研究

摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校提升教育教学专业度的重要媒介,而高职院校思想政治教育正面临无法有效培养学生专业素养和职业素养的问题。基于此,将以校企合作作为必要条件,对高职院校学生思想政治教育与校企合作互惠共通的具体教学模式进行研究。文章首先对校企合作与高职院校学生思想政治教育融合的必要性进行分析,进而由此判断出二者结合后思想政治教育的转型要点。最后以转型要点作为重要参考,给出了三点校企合作下高职院校学生思想政治教育的全新策略。以期通过二者的体系融合,实现对高职院校思想政治教育以及学生培养质量的优化升级。School enterprise cooperation is an important medium for higher vocational colleges to improve their education and teaching professionalism,while the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is facing the problem that it is unable to effectively cultivate students’ professional quality and professionalism.Based on this,we will take the school enterprise cooperation as a necessary condition to study the specific teaching mode of mutual benefit between the ideological and political education and school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.This paper first analyzes the necessity of the integration of school enterprise cooperation and ideological and political education of higher vocational college students,and then judges the transformation points of ideological and political education after the combination of the two.Finally,taking the key points of transformation as an important reference,this paper gives three new strategies of ideological and political education of higher vocational college students under the cooperation of school and enterprise,in order to achieve the optimization and upgrading of ideological and political education and students’ training quality in higher vocational colleges through the integration of the two systems.
