摘　　要：在法学实践教学活动中,一般的实践教学难以适用开放教育的教学,采用一种新型实践教学方法很有必要。教师引导法学学员自己准备法律故事,并将电子稿的法律故事制作成PPT动画或者VCR(视频)形式,然后以法律故事为桥梁,法学学员与社区群众进行法律互动,让法律进入社区群众心中,并在此过程中培养法学学员的实际工作能力。同时,在开放教育法学教学的新时期新情况下,达到探索创新法学实践教学方法的目的。In the practice teaching of law,the general practice teaching is not suitable for the open education teaching.So it is necessary to adopt a new practice teaching method.Teachers guide law students to prepare legal story and make electronic version of the legal story into PPT animation or VCR(video).Then teachers guide law students to use legal story as a bridge,students interact with the community crowd law of law,make laws in the community the heart,and cultivate law students in the process of practical work ability.At the same time,in the new period and new circumstances of law teaching in open education,the purpose of exploring and innovating law practice teaching methods is achieved.
