摘  要:新时代从严治军、军民融合背景下,传统的军训育人模式致使军事课程目标难以达成,本文着力探讨构建"部队教官+学生教官+X"联合承训新模式可行性,以提升大学生综合国防素质,实现军事课程综合育人目标,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Under the background of strict military management and military-civilian integration in the new era,the traditional military training model is unable to achieve the curriculum goals.This paper focuses on the feasibility of building a new model of joint training of“troop instructors+student instructors+X”with the aim of improving the comprehensive national defense quality of college students,achieving the goal of comprehensive educational objectives of military courses and cultivating newcomers of the era who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.
