摘　　要：新时代,高等职业教育急需新技术“输血”。新技术背景下,高职院校教师要转变观念,探索新教法,尝试教学新技术。分析郑州铁路职业技术学院教学新技术运用案例,研究高职教师新技术背景下的职业能力,为高职教师职业能力重构提供参考。In the new era,higher vocational education is in urgent need of new technology.Under the background of new technology,teachers in higher vocational colleges should change teaching concepts,explore new teaching methods and try new teaching techniques.This paper analyzes the application case of new teaching technology in Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College,and studies the vocational ability of higher vocational teachers under the background of new technology,providing reference for the reconstruction of vocational ability.
