摘　　要：针对高职学生职业素养培养现状及存在的问题,通过调查与分析,探索出职业人最应掌握的六大行为层面的职业素养(或叫作工作的基本方式):团队合作精神、5S&标准化、感知力&报联相、原理原则&原点管理、PDCA、现场改善。并介绍了相关职业素养要素全过程培养实践案例,在高职学生职业素养培养中具有一定参考价值。In view of the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational students’professional quality training,through investigation and analysis,this paper explores professional qualities in the six major behaviors(or the basic way of working)that the professionals should master most:Teamwork spirit,5S&Standardization,Perception&Report,Original Management&Principles,PDCA,On-site Improvement.Moreover,this paper introduces all-process training practice case of related professional literacy elements,with a certain reference value in the professional cultivation of higher vocational students.
