摘　　要：高校教学质量评价是教学单位教学质量管理的重要组成部分。随着"互联网+高等教育"的飞速发展需求,区块链、大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网等新一代信息技术在教育教学方面得到了广泛应用,传统的教学模式已不能满足快速增长的信息化教学需求,教学质量评价改革已成为高校面临的重要课题。高校教学质量评价构建势在必行。本文从教学实际需要出发,提出一种基于应用型人才培养的高校教学质量评价分析平台,通过构建高校教学质量评价分析管理服务体系,对教学质量评价分析平台研究与设计,多元化、多层次满足师生对新时代个性化的教学需求,推进了新时代教学改革的创新发展,有效提升了教学质量和效率。Teaching quality evaluation in Colleges and universities is an important part of teaching quality management in teaching units.With the rapid development of"Internet+Higher Education",new generation of information technology such as block chain,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things has been widely applied in education and teaching.The traditional teaching mode can no longer satisfy the rapid growth of information teaching needs,and the reform of teaching quality evaluation has become an important subject facing universities.The construction of teaching quality evaluation in Colleges and universities is imperative.Starting from the actual needs of teaching,this paper puts forward a college teaching quality evaluation and analysis platform based on the cultivation of applied talents.Through the construction of college teaching quality evaluation and analysis management service system,the research and design of teaching quality evaluation and analysis platform,diversified and multi-level meet the personalized teaching needs of teachers and students in the new era,and promote the innovative development of teaching reform in the new era,it has effectively improved the teaching quality and efficiency.
