整体主义工程伦理:工程伦理研究的新进路

摘　　要：我国工程实践的高质量发展目标对工程伦理提出了新要求。个体主义进路的工程伦理研究由于对工程共同体和工程师职业活动的社会语境缺乏关注,希望仅仅通过提升工程师的道德敏感性和伦理责任意识来解决工程伦理问题不断遭遇现实的困境。国内外学者为了弥补个体主义工程伦理的不足,提出整体主义进路的工程伦理研究新思路。整体主义工程伦理是一种通过促进工程共同体的整体伦理来解决工程伦理问题的伦理思想。网格化分布的工程伦理责任、工程伦理责任的实践延展和以负责任创新为导向的工程伦理整合构成整体主义工程伦理的基本向度。整体主义工程伦理是工程伦理研究的新进路,对个体主义工程伦理具有重要的补充和促进作用。The high-quality development goal of engineering practice in China puts forward new requirements for engineering ethics. For the lack of attention to the social context of engineering community and engineers’ professional activities, the engineering ethics research of individualism approach hopes to solve engineering ethics problems only by improving engineers’ moral sensitivity and awareness of ethical responsibility. In order to make up for the deficiency of individualism engineering ethics, the scholars inside and outside China have put forward the new idea of engineering ethics research based on holism. Engineering ethics based on holism refers to an ethical thought aiming at solving engineering ethics problems by promoting the overall ethics of the engineering community. The grid distributed engineering ethics responsibility, the practical extension of engineering ethics responsibility and the integration of engineering ethics guided by responsible innovation constitute the basic dimensions of holism engineering ethics. Holism engineering ethics is a new approach toward engineering ethics research, which plays an important role in supplementing and promoting individualism engineering ethics.
