摘  要:试验旨在研究青贮时间对巨型稻秸秆青贮发酵感官评分与营养品质的影响,确定适宜的青贮发酵时间。试验测定3个不同青贮时间(7、14、28 d)巨型稻秸秆的感官评分以及营养品质。结果表明,青贮时间为7 d时,巨型稻秸秆含水量约50%,青贮品质评分最高,评定为优等;此时,青贮料的粗蛋白含量达到最高,为6.83%,粗脂肪、灰分、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量分别为1.76%、12.08%、34.84%、69.55%、48.96%。青贮14、28 d时灰分含量显著高于青贮7 d的含量(P<0.05);青贮14 d时粗纤维含量显著高于青贮7、28 d的含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,青贮时间为7 d时,巨型稻秸秆的营养品质最佳。The experiment was to study the effect of silage time on sensory score and nutritional quality of giant rice straw silage fermentation, to determine the appropriate silage fermentation time. The experiment was to determined the physical and sensory score and nutritional quality of giant rice straw for three different silage time(7, 14, 28 d). The results showed that when the silage time was 7 d, the water content of giant rice straw was about 50%, the silage quality score was the highest, which was rated as excellent. At the same time, the crude protein content of the silage reached the highest value,which was 6.83%. The content of crude fat, ash, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were 1.76%,12.08%, 34.84%, 69.55% and 48.96%, respectively. The ash content of silage on the 14 th and 28 th day was significantly higher than that on the 7 th day of silage(P<0.05). The crude fiber content on the 14 th day of silage was significantly higher than that on the 7 th and 28 th day of silage(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that when the silage time is 7 d, the nutritional quality of giant rice straw is the best.
