摘  要:随着我国高校内涵式发展进程的不断推进,构建和谐师生关系已成为高等教育领域广泛关注的教育热点。现阶段,我国高校和谐师生关系构建受主客二元独立思想、传统师道观念、社会转型价值标准与师生之间信任基础等因素的制约,构建和谐师生关系还存在诸多障碍。高校应以理性教育、情感教育、审美教育、道德教育为基础,通过树立以人为本的教育理念、营造平等互信的对话氛围、推动师德学风的全面建设、重构积极互动的新型课堂等路径加快高校和谐师生关系的构建步伐。With the continuous advancement of the connotative development process of colleges and universities in China,building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has become an educational hotspot widely concerned in the field of higher education.At this stage,the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities in China is restricted by the dual independent thought of subject and object,the traditional concept of teacher-student relationship,the value standard of social transformation and the basis of trust between teachers and students.There are still many obstacles in the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.Based on rational education,emotional education,aesthetic education and moral education,colleges and universities should speed up the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities by establishing a people-oriented educational concept,creating a dialogue atmosphere of equality and mutual trust,promoting the all-round construction of teachers’ethics and study style,and reconstructing a new classroom of positive interaction.
