摘　　要：以实用主义哲学和自己的工作与生活经验为基础,林德曼提出了诸多卓有成效的成人教育方法,其中团体讨论法是林德曼最重视的成人教育方法之一。林德曼成人教育团体讨论法体现了鲜明的价值与思想,展现了他的民主主义、情境与经验、集体主义思想,揭示了团体讨论法的内容蕴含。在他看来,讨论远不止是谈话,而是有组织的对话,讨论的目的是达成共识而不是战胜他人,讨论法的主要目的在于通过经验反思来激发成人的学习欲望。在林德曼的推动下,以讨论为基础的团体讨论法在成人教育领域得到了广泛应用,如今已成为成人学习最为常用的一种基本方法,为成人教育方法的应用与实践提供启迪。Linderman has proposed many fruitful adult education methods based on his pragmatic philosophy and his own work and life experiences,among which the group discussion method is one of the adult education methods that is most important to him.Lindemann’s adult education group discussion method embodies distinctive values and ideas,showing his democratic,contextual and experiential,and collectivist ideas,and revealing the content implication of the group discussion method.In his view,discussion is much more than talk,but organized dialogue,the purpose of discussion is to reach consensus rather than to overcome others,and the main purpose of the discussion method is to stimulate adults’desire to learn through experiential reflection.Under Lindemann’s promotion,the discussion-based group discussion method has been widely used in the field of adult education and has now become one of the most common basic methods for adult learning,providing inspiration for the application and practice of adult education methods.
