摘 要:基础营养学是营养学专业学生必修的基础课程。为了更好地培养符合社会需求的营养学专业人才,长期以来教学中存在的问题亟待改进。具身认知强调认知与身体感受的联系,为改进营养教学提供了手段。具身认知指导下的教学策略可以帮助学生身体力行地理解并掌握专业基础知识,为未来的课程和职业生涯打下良好基础。文章总结了具身认知视角下基础营养学在教学策略上取得的成果,并对其潜在的问题与不足进行探讨。Fundamental nutrition is a required course for the students in the specialty of nutrition;and the long-standing problems identified in teaching need to be addressed to cultivate talents to meet the demands of society. Embodied cognition emphasizes the connection between cognition and physical sensation, providing an approach to improving the teaching strategies. The teaching strategies guided by embodied cognition can help students to acquire the professional knowledge physically, laying a good foundation for future study and career. This paper explores the improved teaching strategies adopted in the course of fundamental nutrition from the perspective of embodied cognition and discusses problems encountered and the limitations.
