新时代高校学生会组织深化改革路径探究

摘　　要：学生会是党领导下、共青团指导下的主要学生组织,是高校党建工作和思想政治教育体系的有机组成部分。2017年以来,高校学生会组织的改革收获了大量的阶段性成果,但尚存职能定位不清晰、运行机制改革不到位、学生骨干培养不扎实等问题。2019年,《关于推动高校学生会(研究生会)深化改革的若干意见》(中青联发〔2019〕9号)(以下简称《意见》)的出台,标志着高校学生会组织的改革步入了深化阶段。面对新形势,高校学生会组织改革要以服务学生为宗旨,以从严治会为遵循,以党的建设为引领,要强定位、强基础、强骨干,实现增强“政治性、先进性、群众性”,防止“机关化、行政化、贵族化、娱乐化”的终极目标。The student union is the main student organization under the leadership of the Party and the guidance of the Communist Youth League.It is an organic part of the Party construction and ideological and political education system in colleges and universities.Since 2017,the reform of student union organization in colleges and universities has yielded a lot of phased achievements,but there are still some problems,such as unclear positioning of functions,inadequate reform of operating mechanism,and weak cultivation of student backbone.The promulgation of Several Opinions on Promoting the Deepening Reform of University Student Union(Graduate Union)(zqlf〔2019〕No.9)(hereinafter referred to as Opinions)in 2019,marks that the reform of university student union organization has entered a deepening stage.Facing the new situation,the organization reform of student union in colleges and universities should serve the students as the purpose,and take the strict governance as the adherence and the Party building as the guide,so that the student organizations will obtain strong positioning,strong foundation and strong backbone,achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing“political,advanced and mass character”and preventing“institutionalization,administration,aristocracy and entertainment”.
