摘　　要：以耦合理论为基础,分析融媒建设与思政育人彼此需要、主动联结、相互协同、共同增效的双向耦合关系。从主体、受众、内容、方式、效果层面,分析融媒思政的耦合机制。针对高职院校实际情况,提出聚合核心队伍、综合媒介素养、汇合优质资源、链合运营机制、嵌合育人功能等创新路径,推进耦合强化,提升育人效能。Based on the coupling theory,this paper analyzes the bidirectional coupling relationship which is Mutual need,active connection,mutual synergy,common efficiency,between the construction of financial media and ideological and political education.From the aspects of subject,audience,content,way and effect,this paper analyzes the internal coupling structure of media ideology and politics.In view of the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,innovative paths such as aggregation of core teams,comprehensive media literacy,convergence of high-quality resources,chain operation mechanism,and integrated education function,intensify the coupling and improve the the work efficiency of serving the fundamental task of moral education.
