摘　　要：地方本科院校的应用型转变和跨学科建设是相互映射、彼此联动的双向互涉关系。以保山学院为例,厘清当前学科建设的实践现状,从知识生产学理分析和应用型范式的实践层面厘定跨学科建设的动力基础,并从发展理念、治理体系、管理体制、评价方式、质量控制、科学研究六个方面提出跨学科建设的建议。The application-oriented transformation and interdisciplinary construction of local under⁃graduate colleges are a two-way interrelated relationship of mutual mapping and linkage.This paper takes Baoshan University as an example,to clarify the current practice of discipline construction,deter⁃mine the dynamic foundation of interdisciplinary construction from the practical level of knowledge pro⁃duction theory analysis and applied paradigm,and put forward suggestions from the development con⁃cept,governance system,management system,evaluation method,quality control and scientific re⁃search.
