摘　　要：针对现代化工厂实训室部署成本高、使用及维护难度大,人员培训周期长的问题,以某装配工厂为案例,基于IdeaVR引擎,建立了一个具有交互功能的虚拟工厂制造仿真实验系统。包括理论学习、虚拟实践、评价测试等内容,从而达到现代制造技术教学目的,发挥虚拟仿真对实践教学的辅助作用。Aiming at the problems of high deployment cost, difficult use and maintenance and long personnel training cycle in the training room of modern chemical plant, this paper takes an assembly plant as an example and establishes an interactive virtual factory manufacturing simulation experiment system based on ideavr engine. Including theoretical learning, virtual practice, evaluation and testing, so as to achieve the teaching purpose of modern manufacturing technology and give full play to the auxiliary role of virtual simulation in practical teaching.
