摘　　要：阐述定积分元素法的特点,元素法的使用步骤,利用元素法求解收益流的现值与将来值,得到了现值与将来值的求解公式,举例说明现值与将来值的应用。This paper expounds the characteristics and application steps of the definite integral element method, uses the element method to solve the present value and future value of the income flow, obtains the solution formula of the present value and future value, and illustrates the application of the present value and future value with examples.
