摘　　要："煲"有着两种释义,它既指壁较陡直的砂锅,也指用文火煮食物。煲的保温能力强,并且可以均衡而持久的把外界热能传递给内部原料,当这种器皿遇上小火慢熬的烹饪手法,只要耐心些许,得到的就是冬日里无比熨帖且变化万千的美味。The word"bao"(casserole)has two meanings.It can mean a container with a steep wall,or the cooking method of simmering.The casserole can preserve heat well,and transfer the external heat energy to the internal ingredients in a balanced and lasting way.When this kind of container is combine with the cooking technique of simmering,as long as you are patient,you will get various kinds of comforting dishes in winter.
