摘　　要：四川省中医药职业教育协会(集团)是全国最早成立的中医药行业职业教育协会(集团)。四川省中医药职业教育协会(集团)整合中医药职业教育资源,坚持行业协会与职教集团相结合,探索医教协同举办医院教学班、校企联办订单班、校企共建生产性实训基地、校企共建产业学院、中高职衔接贯通培养、对外合作交流培养等产教融合人才培养模式,初步构建起了"政府推动、行业指导、医教协同、企业参与、共同发展"的长效运行机制。Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Vocational Education Association(Group) is the earliest Chinese medicine vocational education association(Group) established in China. Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Vocational Education Association(Group) integrates traditional Chinese medicine vocational education resources, insists on the combination of industry association and vocational education group, and explores coordination between medical and education. The talent training modes of industry-education integration include hospital teaching classes, school-enterprise order classes, school-enterprise co-construction of productive training bases,school-enterprise co-construction of industrial colleges, linkage training of middle and higher vocational schools,and foreign cooperation and exchange training. A long-term operation mechanism of "government promotion, industry guidance, medical and education collaboration, enterprise participation and common development" has been preliminary established.
