摘　　要：构建"三全育人"体系,是新时代我国高校落实"立德树人"的重要着力点。学生党支部作为高校党建工作的基层组织,是党组织在学生中的"战斗堡垒"。高校学生党建工作应在"三全育人"总体目标的指导下,进一步探索学生党建的新思路,构建立体化的育人体系,以培育符合时代要求,更具竞争力,"德才兼备、知行合一"的时代新人。The construction of the system of“Three-dimensional comprehensive education”is an important focus for colleges and uni-versities in our country to reach the goal of“cultivating people with moral integrity”in the new era.As the grass-roots organization of the Party building work in colleges and universities,the student Party branch is the“fighting fortress”of the Party organization among the students.Under the guidance of the overall goal of“Three-dimensional comprehensive education”,the party construction of college students should further explore the new ideas of students’Party construction and build a three-dimensional education system,so as to cultivate new talents for the times who meet the requirements for the times and are more competitive,and who enjoy“both good ability and political integrity,and the integration of knowledge and practice”.
