摘  要:目的了解预防医学生对岗位胜任力要素的认同状况,为优化岗位胜任力培养方案提供参考。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对山东省内3所高等医学院校423名预防医学应届本科毕业生进行问卷调查,利用TOPSIS法联合RSR法对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果共得到404份有效调查问卷,岗位胜任力要素一级维度中,C_(i)与其对应概率Probit线性回归方程有统计学意义(F=50.961,P=0.006),且C_(i)与Probit正相关(r=0.972,P=0.006),预防医学生对职业素养(C_(i)=0.704)认同等级为强;二级维度中,C_(i)与其对应概率Probit线性回归方程有统计学意义(F=72.370,P=0.000),且C_(i)与Probit正相关(r=0.876,P=0.000),预防医学生对批判创新思维(C_(i)=0.983)、信息整合管理(C_(i)=0.508)、职业道德(C_(i)=0.336)、公卫基础知识技能(C_(i)=0.297)认同等级为强。结论强化全方位医教协同,维持预防医学生强认同的稳定性,并针对预防医学生岗位胜任力弱认同维度指标进行积极引导。Objective To understand the cognitive status of identity on factors about the post competence for preventive medicine students,and to provide reference for optimizing the training program.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 423 preventive medicine students in three medical universities of Shandong Province.TOPSIS join RSR were used to analyze the survey results.Results A total of 404 valid questionnaires were obtained,among the primary index of post competence elements,the linear regression equation of C_(i)and Probit had statistical significance(F=50.961,P=0.006),and C_(i)was positively correlated with Probit(r=0.972,P=0.006),preventive medicine students had a strong identity level of professional quality(C_(i)=0.704);for second-level indicators,the linear regression equation of C_(i)and Probit had statistical significance(F=72.370,P=0.000),and C_(i)was positively correlated with Probit(r=0.876,P=0.000),preventive medicine students had a strong identity level of critical and innovative thinking(C_(i)=0.983),information integration management(C_(i)=0.508),professional ethics(C_(i)=0.336),basic public health knowledge and skills(C_(i)=0.297).Conclusion We should strengthen all-round medical and educational cooperation,maintain the stability of strong identity of preventive medical students,and actively guide the indicators of weak identity of post competency of preventive medical students.
