摘  要:为探究^(60)Co-γ辐射对胡麻耐盐性和盐胁迫下生物活性物质的影响,以胡麻品种陇亚8号为材料,对种子进行不同剂量(0、200、600、1000、1500、3000、6000、9000、12000、15000 Gy)^(60)Co-γ辐射,测定100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下胡麻的发芽指标、幼苗生长指标、幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量以及总黄酮、总多酚等生物活性物质含量,并采用DPPH自由基清除能力法和铁离子还原/抗氧化能力法(FRAP)评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明:低剂量^(60)Co-γ辐射可促进NaCl胁迫下胡麻种子萌发和幼苗生长,提升叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,抑制MDA含量的增加,提高SP、SS、Pro含量和总黄酮、总多酚含量,提高抗氧化活性;高剂量^(60)Co-γ辐射则加剧了胡麻的盐害。综合来看,1000 Gy^(60)Co-γ辐射是缓解胡麻盐害的最佳剂量,600 Gy是提高胡麻幼苗生物活性物质和抗氧化活性的最佳剂量。To explore the effects of^(60)Co-γradiation on salt tolerance and bioactive substances of oil flax under salt sress,the seeds of Longya 8 were radiated with different doses of^(60)Co-γradiation as 0,200,600,1000,1500,3000,6000,9000,12000 and 15000 Gy,and then the germination indexes,seedling growth indexes,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein(SP),soluble sugar(SS),proline,and bioactive substances such as total flavonoids and total polyphenols in seedlings were determined under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.The antioxidant activity was also evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging capacity(DPPH)and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP).The results showed that low dose^(60)Co-γradiation could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of oil flax under NaCl stress,enhance the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in leaves,inhibit the increase of MDA content,increase the content of SP,SS,Pro,total flavonoids and total polyphenols and the antioxidant activities.High doses of^(60)Co-γradiation exacerbated the salt damage to oil flax.Comprehensive analysis showed that 1000 Gy^(60)Co-γradiation was the best to alleviate the salt damage to oil flax,and 600 Gy was the best dose to improve the bioactive substances contents and antioxidant activities of oil flax seedlings.
